Burrata and local heirloom tomato salad with watermelon, arugula, and balsamic 


Roasted mushroom soup with braised short rib and horseradish mousse

Second Course:

Shrimp risotto with cured lemon and red pepper puree


Grilled shishito and sweet peppers with hummus, radish, Romesco sauce, and pea shoots

Third Course:

Grilled king salmon fillet with summer ratatouille, tomato beurre blanc, and garden herbs


Slow-cooked Niman Ranch pork loin with pecan crust, white bean & bacon ragù and a strawberry-lemon glaze


Meyer lemon tart with whipped crème fraiche, hazelnut pralines, and glazed raspberries

Seatings between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. 

This event is limited to 18 guests. Tickets are $60 per person, do not include alcohol, and will be sold by table. All seating will be indoors and socially distanced.


Tickets must be purchased in advance online.

Tickets are refundable through August 20. In case of any government-mandated or COVID-related closures, ticket costs will be fully refunded minus the processing fee
